This Agreement is an effective contract entered by and between ShenZhen QiuYu Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinaf ter referred to as“QiuYu”)and all service principals of the KODAK Digital Frame (including but not limited to individuals, groups, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as“Users”) for the use of the KODAK Digital Frame service and relevant services. Using any service of the KODAK Digital Frame service means acceptance of all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is applicable to any KODAK Digital Frame service, including the upgrade and update of various services and software used by the Users during the term of this Agreement.
KODAK Digital Frame is an on-line service providing picture storage, synchronization, management and sharing to the massive users.
The Users shall not abuse the services of the KODAK Digital Frame service. The account of the KODAK Digital Frame service is limited to personal use of the Users only and shall not be provided to any third-party, paid or unpaid.
The Users shall not distribute and spread information about reaction, eroticism, or other information in violation of national laws and regulations through the KODAK Digital Frame service. Users shall be fully liable for all the consequences therefrom, if any.
QiuYu will continue to improve the product experience according to the uses of the KODAK Digital Frame by the users, such as provision of personalized service or enhancing the User’s security of use of the service.
In consideration of the particularity of network service, the Users agree that the KODAK Digital Frame service is entitled to change, interrupt, or terminate part or whole of the network service at any time. If the network service so changed, interrupted or terminated is free，KODAK Digital Frame service will not notify the users nor undertake any liability to any User or third party.
The Uses understand that: KODAK Digital Frame service will check or maintain the platform or relevant equipment providing the network service, and KODAK Digital Frame service will not undertake any liability for interruption of the paid network service within a reasonable period, provided that the KODAK Digital Frame service shall notify the users in advance as far as possible.
